A unified approach to home security and access. Door activity, presence and security events can trigger lighting, audio alerts and notifications, with control through the Loxone app and wall tablets.

05 / The practical detail
The interactive proposal is designed for exploration. The formal proposal remains the commercial record, and final device locations are confirmed through coordinated engineering.
Third-party products and equipment supplied by others must be confirmed compatible before commissioning. Final lighting schedules and selected integrations remain subject to coordination.
Electrical and data cabling, internet services, light fittings, fans, blind motors and structural or joinery works are excluded unless explicitly listed.
The existing UniFi network is retained, with no new gateway included. Hunter irrigation, Bond Hub blinds and Inner Range monitoring are integration allowances subject to confirmation.
Cabinet space, power, cable pathways and device locations must be approved before wall closure. Uncoordinated changes or rework may alter the final scope.
