A unified approach to home security and access. Door activity, presence and security events can trigger lighting, audio alerts and notifications, with control through the Loxone app and wall tablets.

The proposal becomes a coordinated system through detailed engineering, compatibility confirmation and clear decisions before rough-in and wall closure.

Coordination
Third-party equipment must be confirmed compatible before commissioning. Final schedules and integrations remain subject to coordination.

Electrical and data cabling, internet services, fittings, blind motors and structural or joinery work are excluded unless explicitly listed.

Existing systems
Hunter irrigation, Bond Hub blinds and Inner Range monitoring are integration allowances subject to confirmation and testing.

Final engineering
Cabinet space, power, pathways and device locations must be approved before wall closure. Uncoordinated changes may alter the final scope.
05 / Terms and conditions
Clear from the beginning.
These are the commercial exclusions and coordination conditions attached to the proposal. The downloadable proposal contains the complete acceptance record.
Exclusions
Electrical cabling and data cabling unless explicitly specified.
NBN services, internet services and communications infrastructure unless explicitly specified.
Third-party products such as appliances, motorised blinds and exhaust fans unless explicitly specified.
Third-party equipment must be confirmed compatible before commissioning, and Integratd Living must be notified early of equipment supplied by others that will interface with the automation system.
Dedicated control-cabinet space, power infrastructure, accessible cable pathways and confirmed device locations are required before site attendance.
Specialised Tree cabling and device locations must be approved before wall closure. Rework or delays caused by uncoordinated changes may incur additional charges.
Integratd Living is not responsible for third-party systems unless explicitly included. Programming changes requested after user training are billable.
